As part of your sponsorship agreement, we ask that you share your event or partnership on social media and provide documentation of that post through this form.

What to Submit

Please provide one or more social media post(s) that acknowledge HCTC’s sponsorship or support. You may submit your content in one of the following formats:

•  A screenshot of the post (JPEG or PNG file)
   
•  A direct link to the public post (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, or another platform)
   

Content Requirements

Your social media post should:

•  Recognize HCTC as a sponsor or partner
   
•  Include our official logo (if applicable) or tag our verified social media account
   
•  Reference your event, initiative, or organization in connection with our sponsorship
   

Example post:

 “We would like to thank HCTC for their generous sponsorship of the Hill Country Festival. Your continued support helps strengthen our community.”
